Rachel is married with two children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing. She lives near the eastern gate of Yellowstone National Park, and is a billet mom for the Yellowstone Quake Hockey Team. Rachel has served on several boards in Park County and has led many community fundraisers and events. She has a master’s degree in criminal justice. 

Rachel was elected to Wyoming’s 50th House District in 2020 and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Rachel is a founding member of the Wyoming Freedom Caucus.

Legislative Highlights:


Rachel was the prime sponsor and champion of Wyoming’s 2022 “trigger bill,” which took effect when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade that year. She also sponsored and ushered the  “Life is a Human Right Act” through the Wyoming Legislature. Rachel also successfully defunded a portion of Wyoming’s biggest “economic development ”institution to force compliance with state law protecting the firearm industry from financial industry discrimination.

Living in grizzly territory, Rachel understands the damage caused by these predators and continues to fight for adequate compensation for Wyoming ranchers.

Rachel has been recognized as one of the most conservative members of the Wyoming House every year by CPAC’s Center for Legislative Accountability.
