A conservative republican.

A proven leader.

Bold.

Honest.

Ethical.

Foreign Land Ownership

II would push to pass legislation to prohibit the CCP and any of its subsidiary companies from purchasing farm land in Wyoming.

Second Amendment

Rachel has been a fighter for our second amendment rights. She has also supported legislation that makes Wyoming a friendly state for the firearm industry to do business.

No New Taxes

I will not support any new taxes, including an income tax. We need real property tax reform and to control government spending. Taxes should never be more than necessary.

Pro-Life

Life is a human right.

Limited Government

For liberty to be preserved, the government must be held in check. A government should exist solely to protect life, liberty and property and therefore will be inherently limited.

WY Legacy industries

I oppose the Green New Deal and the radical 30x30 plan. We must continue to support WY oil, gas, coal, trona and other legacies.

“Rachel doesn’t ride the fence on issues. Her constituents don’t have to worry about which way the wind is blowing in Cheyenne, and which way it will carry her vote”. Constituent of HD50

Legislative Highlights:

Rachel was the prime sponsor and champion of Wyoming’s 2022 “trigger bill,” which took effect when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade that year. She also sponsored and ushered the  “Life is a Human Right Act” through the Wyoming Legislature. Rachel also successfully defunded a portion of Wyoming’s biggest “economic development ”institution to force compliance with state law protecting the firearm industry from financial industry discrimination.

Living in grizzly territory, Rachel understands the damage caused by these predators and continues to fight for adequate compensation for Wyoming ranchers.

Rachel has been recognized as one of the most conservative members of the Wyoming House every year by CPAC’s Center for Legislative Accountability.

About Rachel:

Rachel is married with two children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing. She lives near the eastern gate of Yellowstone National Park, and is a billet mom for the Yellowstone Quake Hockey Team. Rachel has served on several boards in Park County and has led many community fundraisers and events. She has a master’s degree in criminal justice.

Rachel was elected to Wyoming’s 50th House District in 2020 and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Rachel is a founding member of the Wyoming Freedom Caucus.
